About

Coaching style

My approach to coaching is non-directive. This means that I seek not to give you advice but to work in a collaborative way to help you unlock the solutions you need to achieve your goals. By using enquiry and reflection, I will support you to increase your own awareness of what you want in life and to reach greater clarity.
